We will arrange a few meetings and I will prepare some options for you regarding the area you need help with. This service is to assist, however this package does not have us attend your event. This package is for you at home party planners that have planned their entire event but would like someone to execute and run the day of you.
This service is also known as “Day of Coordination” this encompasses regular meetings starting 7 weeks prior to your event. I will become the main contact for all of your vendors to relieve you of worry and stress.
With this package you will receive a free initial meeting. The fee will be determined during the initial meeting.
This is the full service package. No matter the size of the event this package gives you assistance and organization throughout the entire process. We will recommend and book meetings with vendors on your behalf. We will attend all meetings and ask the right questions to ensure your event will be a success. We will work with you every step of the way. We want you to have an exceptional event and a moment to remember forever.
